These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS messaging program provided by Trader CoPilot. The program delivers operational desk alerts generated by the Trader CoPilot application to one authorized recipient: the Trader CoPilot account owner/operator.
SMS is not used for marketing, customer solicitation, order placement, or transactions. Trades or orders cannot be placed, approved, or cancelled by text message. The authorized recipient may text a request for a status report, which Trader CoPilot confirms by text.
The account owner/operator authorizes SMS by configuring their personal mobile number as the authorized SMS recipient in the Trader CoPilot application. By configuring that number, the account owner/operator agrees to receive Trader CoPilot operational desk alerts at that number. Trader CoPilot sends SMS only to the configured authorized recipient. Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when an operational alert is triggered. Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network availability.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent to that number. You may also remove the number as the authorized SMS recipient in the Trader CoPilot application. To resume messages, reply START from the authorized number while it is still configured as the authorized recipient.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may vary by carrier, device, location, and network conditions. Operational alerts are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive in real time or at all.
Your use of the SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
