This Privacy Policy explains how Trader CoPilot collects, uses, and protects information associated with its SMS messaging program. The program delivers operational desk alerts only to the Trader CoPilot account owner/operator.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the SMS program:

The mobile telephone number the account owner/operator configures as the authorized SMS recipient in the Trader CoPilot application.
SMS authorization and consent status, including when the number was authorized and any STOP or HELP requests.
Message delivery records needed to operate and troubleshoot the program.

We do not collect mobile numbers from customers, the general public, web forms, or third-party lists.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to:

Send operational desk alerts to the authorized recipient.
Honor STOP opt-out and HELP requests.
Maintain authorization and consent records.
Troubleshoot message delivery.
Comply with applicable legal and carrier requirements.

We do not use this information for marketing, customer solicitation, order placement, or transactions.

SMS and Mobile Information

The account owner/operator authorizes SMS by configuring their personal mobile number as the authorized SMS recipient in the Trader CoPilot application. Trader CoPilot sends SMS only to that configured number. Message frequency varies based on operational alerts. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, except with our SMS service provider and carriers solely to deliver messages to the authorized recipient.

Service Providers

We use an SMS service provider (Twilio) and telecommunications carriers only to deliver messages to the authorized recipient. They process the mobile number only as needed to deliver messages and not for their own marketing purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also remove the number as the authorized SMS recipient in the Trader CoPilot application.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, maintain consent records, meet legal or compliance obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
